The "NAFTA Super Highway"

Interstate I-35 in Texas is being linked to plans for a "NAFTA Super Highway". Interstate 35 is a major component of the trade corridor between Mexico, United States, and Canada.

Krum is only a few miles from Interstate 35. As you can read from the Historical section of kruminfo.com, the town's location was convenient to the railroad locations when Krum was known as the "Wheat Capital of the Country". In the 21st Century, Krum's proximity to the "NAFTA Super Highway" is just another reason why Krum is such an integral part of one of the North Texas building boom now and for many years to come!

“Krum is near Interstate 35 but also has several highway routes to travel around the areas of Denton, Dallas and Ft. Worth.. Krum residents have convenient access to Loop 288, Highway 380, FM 156 and additional country roads - they are not just limited to Interstate 35! The North Texas area has a great transit infrastructure and has much less traffic than most major metropolitan areas around the country.” says John Pohly, a local real estate expert.
